These shaving heads are easy to replace. Simply open your shaver by pressing the release button, rotate the retaining rings counterclockwise to remove them, and replace the old shaving heads with the new ones. Ensure the heads are properly aligned, then reattach the retaining rings by rotating them clockwise.


For optimal performance, it's recommended to replace your shaving heads every 24 months. The latest Philips shavers have a built-in replacement reminder, indicated by a shaver unit symbol that lights up when it's time for a change.


After replacing the shaving heads, reset your shaver by pressing the on/off button for more than 7 seconds. This will reset the replacement reminder. If you don't reset it manually, the reminder will turn off automatically after 9 consecutive shaves.
