The service fee only applies to new Xplora watch phone activations. The change does not affect existing Xplora users. The service fee for the guardian's app is âŹ9.90 (incl. VAT) per month. Payment of the service fee is a prerequisite for the watch to work with the guardian's app. The service fee covers the use of Xplora's guardian app with the watch and access to Xplora's activity platform. The use of the Xplora guardian app is included in the Xplora subscription, so no service fee is charged.
