The service fee only applies to new Xplora cell phone activations. Existing Xplora users will not be affected by the change. The service fee for the guardian application is €9.90 (incl. VAT) per month. Payment of the service fee is a prerequisite for the watch to work together with the guardian's application.
The service fee covers the use of the Xplora guardian application with the watch and access to the Xplora activity platform.
