What do the condition grades (A, B, C, D) mean?

Most of what we sell are customer returns – products someone bought, opened and sent back within 30 days. Every item is inspected and, if needed, factory reset before it's listed. The grade tells you what to expect:

  • A – Like new. Works and looks like new. The box has been opened. Original packaging and all accessories included.
  • B – Very good. Little or no signs of use. All important parts included. The box may be a bit worn, and small extras like a manual or a generic USB cable may be missing.
  • C – Minor wear. Light scratches, marks or wear on buttons. Fully working. Some parts or the original box may be missing. Note: any product without its original packaging is graded C, even if the product itself is like new.
  • D – Major wear. Clear signs of use, possibly dents or scratches, and it may be missing important parts or need repair. Defects are described in the product listing.
  • Pre-Owned. A used product, either serviced by one of our partners or bought from a private person and inspected by us. The same condition grades A-D also apply to Pre-Owned items.

How long does delivery take, what does it cost, and where do you ship?

We ship from the closest warehouse in Finland, Sweden, Estonia or Norway. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email once the parcel is on its way. You can see exact shipping costs at checkout. 

Delivery time depends on the dispatch and destination country. Domestic shipments usually take 1-3 days, and shipments abroad 3-5 days.

Can I return or exchange an item I've purchased from you?

Yes, of course. We have a 14-day return policy. You can ready more about it here.

How do I return a product or make a complaint?

  1. Go to our return portal
  2. Fill in your order number and email to start a return
  3. After submitting a return request, you will receive return instructions by email
  4. Pack the product with everything that came with it and ship it according to the instructions
  5. Once we've received and checked the product, we refund your original payment method. This takes up to 10 business days, plus any processing time at your bank.

Return shipping is free for most products. Exception: large TVs (42" and above), where you arrange and pay for the return yourself. We don't do exchanges – if you want a different product, return the first one and place a new order.

Do your products have a warranty?

Yes they do. Products sold as almost new or new have a minimum of 12 months functionality warranty.

What does the warranty cover, and how do I use it?

Products in condition A - D come with a 12-month functionality warranty from us. Pre-Owned products have the 14-day return right but no extra warranty from us.

The warranty covers faults in how the product works. It covers internal faults and defects. It doesn't cover normal wear, accidental damage (drops, liquid), battery ageing, or cosmetic marks that were already described in the listing. It's personal to you – it doesn't transfer if you sell the product on.

Where do I find my receipt or VAT invoice?

Your order confirmation email works as a receipt and shows the VAT breakdown. If you need a full VAT invoice for bookkeeping, log in to your account on re.now with the same email address you used for the order – the invoice is under your order details.
