The Core Weightlifting Shoes act as a rigid and reliable contact point with the lifting platform, delivering the stability and force transfer necessary for demanding strength training. Designed with a total heel height of 32 mm, the shoes incorporate a non-compressible 24 mm high-density EVA midsole wedge. This raised angle helps lifters maintain an upright torso and achieve deeper squat depth, providing continuous reinforcement during squats, cleans, and snatches.
