The Aqara U200 is a practical solution for a busy daily life. No more digging for keys at the bottom of your bag; with this smart lock, you can easily enter without traditional keys.
The U200 offers multiple ways to unlock: fingerprint, numeric code, NFC tag, or Apple Home Key (unlock by tapping an iPhone or Apple Watch to the keypad). A traditional key also remains as a backup on the outside of the door.
The lock is installed on the inside of the exterior door, replacing the existing thumb turn. Installation requires no drilling or permanent modifications and can be done entirely by yourself. The device operates on a rechargeable battery or replaceable batteries, and it notifies you well in advance when the charge is low. The external keypad is weather-protected (IPX5).
You can create temporary codes for relatives, cleaners, or maintenance personnel, eliminating the need to make extra keys or be present to open doors. All identification data is processed locally on the device, ensuring privacy. You can also use the lock in automations.
The lock can be installed on traditional Abloy locks, but we recommend using the smart lock with push-button assisted lock cases (e.g., Abloy LC100, LC102, LC200). It is also suitable for the Abloy LC4190 lock, but with stiffer locks, the door often needs to be pushed or pulled when opening β just like when using a traditional key. Attach the smart lock carefully, but avoid overtightening, as overtightening can hinder the smart lock's operation. Remote control of the lock requires a Thread hub, such as the Aqara M3 Hub, G410 doorbell camera, Apple HomePod, or Google TV Streamer.

Do products have warranty?
We service or refund product faults as any retailer as defined by the EU protection against faulty goods. In case you have an issue with the product you ordered from us please contact our Customer Care, we'll take good care of you.
Products sold as almost new or new have a 14 days right of return and a 12 months functionality warranty.
Pre-owned products are clearly indicated with a separate label and have a 14 days right of standard return.
Some product brands may offer extended warranties as a part of a campaign of a new product launch or as a paid service or otherwise. You will have to check the applicability of these directly from the brand.
Where are the products you sell coming from?
Our products are in most of the cases quality checked customer returns from our partner retailers and brands. Pre-owned products are clearly labeled and are either serviced products from our partner retailers or quality checked products acquired directly from consumers.
Can I pickup my order somewhere (click and collect)?
We ship the products either from local warehouses or from our central warehouse in Finland and we always try to find the lowest CO2 route to customers. Hence we don't have an option for click and collect.

We determine the condition category based on user feedback and product-specific inspection. When the product is inspected, we may add missing parts or otherwise improve the product as needed.

The product is new and the product package has not been opened before.
A - As New
Product is comparable to a new product, but product package has been opened. No signs of wear or defect. Comes with the original box with all items in the box.
B - Very Good
Product is in Very Good condition, has little or no signs of wear but may have been tried by a previous customer. All major items are in the box but there may be some minor damage in the product packaging.
C - Minor Wear
Product may have minor signs of wear. Item is functional and fully works as intended. Some components may be missing or the original product packaging may be damaged or missing.
