A complete Unidrain floor drain assembly consists of four main parts: the floor drain fixture, the drain itself, a frame, and a grate or panel. The first two components are installed before the floor is cast while the frame and panel are added after the waterproofing layer is applied, ensuring a robust and integrated drainage solution.
The 1950 series, including this Custom panel, comes with a tiling base, a robust frame, an extension set, and all necessary screws. The product requires assembly prior to installation, allowing for precise customization to fit your specific bathroom design and tile choices.
The Custom panel is designed to be finished by gluing a piece of your chosen floor tile directly onto its surface, creating an almost invisible drain. Special adhesive for tile attachment and 10 pieces of 6 mm spacers are included to assist with accurate installation and perfect alignment.
This versatile drain panel can be installed either with or without a HighLine frame, offering flexibility in design. The set also includes 6 mm thick sample pieces, which can be utilized as spacers to accurately model the water groove during installation, especially when opting for a frameless look.

Do products have warranty?
We service or refund product faults as any retailer as defined by the EU protection against faulty goods. In case you have an issue with the product you ordered from us please contact our Customer Care, we'll take good care of you.
Products sold as almost new or new have a 14 days right of return and a 12 months functionality warranty.
Pre-owned products are clearly indicated with a separate label and have a 14 days right of standard return.

Where are the products you sell coming from?
Our products are in most of the cases quality checked customer returns from our partner retailers and brands. Pre-owned products are clearly labeled and are either serviced products from our partner retailers or quality checked products acquired directly from consumers.
Can I pickup my order somewhere (click and collect)?
We ship the products either from local warehouses or from our central warehouse in Finland and we always try to find the lowest CO2 route to customers. Hence we don't have an option for click and collect.

We determine the condition category based on user feedback and product-specific inspection. When the product is inspected, we may add missing parts or otherwise improve the product as needed.

The product is new and the product package has not been opened before.
A - As New
Product is comparable to a new product, but product package has been opened. No signs of wear or defect. Comes with the original box with all items in the box.
B - Very Good
Product is in Very Good condition, has little or no signs of wear but may have been tried by a previous customer. All major items are in the box but there may be some minor damage in the product packaging.
C - Minor Wear
Product may have minor signs of wear. Item is functional and fully works as intended. Some components may be missing or the original product packaging may be damaged or missing.
