Bluetooth 6.0 enables simultaneous connection to two devices with different operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows), and the connection switches automatically between devices. Where are the products you sell coming from?
Our products are in most of the cases quality checked customer returns from our partner retailers and brands. Pre-owned products are clearly labeled and are either serviced products from our partner retailers or quality checked products acquired directly from consumers.
Can I pickup my order somewhere (click and collect)?
We ship the products either from local warehouses or from our central warehouse in Finland and we always try to find the lowest CO2 route to customers. Hence we don't have an option for click and collect.

We determine the condition category based on user feedback and product-specific inspection. When the product is inspected, we may add missing parts or otherwise improve the product as needed.
