The Reolink E1 Outdoor Pro can be connected to the network either wirelessly or wired (Wi-Fi/ethernet). The E1 Outdoor Pro camera features an updated image sensor with 4K 3840 x 2160 resolution and still includes a 3X optical zoom. The camera body is motorized, allowing the image to be rotated both horizontally and vertically (50° vertically, 355° horizontally). The camera supports automatic tracking of detected motion. If the camera detects a person or vehicle, it can automatically follow the movement of the target.
In addition to traditional IR night vision, the camera has four small LED lights that enable color images even in darkness or low light. For local storage, the camera has a memory card slot (max. 256 GB, card sold separately), which supports continuous recording.
The camera can also take time-lapse videos. The camera is set to take pictures at desired intervals, and a video is automatically created from the image series. Use cases are endless: monitoring construction progress, plants waking up in spring, traffic flow monitoring, sunrise in the morning!
The camera is used and controlled with the easy-to-use Reolink app, available for both Android and iOS devices. Finnish is available as a language option in the app. In addition to the mobile app, the Reolink Client desktop application is also available (macOS/Windows). Compatible with Reolink NVR recorders. The camera also supports the paid Reolink Cloud Premier cloud service (optional, by default the camera records to the memory card).
Note, time-lapse video is not available if the camera is connected to an NVR recorder.

Do products have warranty?
We service or refund product faults as any retailer as defined by the EU protection against faulty goods. In case you have an issue with the product you ordered from us please contact our Customer Care, we'll take good care of you.
Products sold as almost new or new have a 14 days right of return and a 12 months functionality warranty.
Pre-owned products are clearly indicated with a separate label and have a 14 days right of standard return.

Where are the products you sell coming from?
Our products are in most of the cases quality checked customer returns from our partner retailers and brands. Pre-owned products are clearly labeled and are either serviced products from our partner retailers or quality checked products acquired directly from consumers.
Can I pickup my order somewhere (click and collect)?
We ship the products either from local warehouses or from our central warehouse in Finland and we always try to find the lowest CO2 route to customers. Hence we don't have an option for click and collect.
Condition grade information
We determine the condition category based on user feedback and product-specific inspection. When the product is inspected, we may add missing parts or otherwise improve the product as needed.

The product is new and the product package has not been opened before.
A - As New
Product is comparable to a new product, but product package has been opened. No signs of wear or defect. Comes with the original box with all items in the box.
B - Very Good
Product is in Very Good condition, has little or no signs of wear but may have been tried by a previous customer. All major items are in the box but there may be some minor damage in the product packaging.
C - Minor Wear
Product may have minor signs of wear. Item is functional and fully works as intended. Some components may be missing or the original product packaging may be damaged or missing.
