The Alu-LaserPlus pipe is a versatile multilayer pipe designed for heating, cooling, and domestic water systems, featuring PE-Xc plastic, an aluminum layer for oxygen tightness, and a protective PE outer layer.
The Alu-LaserPlus pipe is a universal solution engineered for a wide range of applications, including heating, cooling, and domestic water systems. Its robust construction makes it suitable for both surface and concealed installations, offering flexibility in various building projects.
This advanced multilayer pipe is constructed with an inner surface of PE-Xc plastic, ensuring durability and performance. A crucial aluminum layer is strategically glued between the plastic layers, providing exceptional oxygen tightness and helping the pipe maintain its shape under varying conditions.
The pipe's design incorporates a protective outer layer made of PE plastic, enhancing its resilience and longevity. This multi-layered composition ensures optimal functionality and reliability for critical infrastructure within residential and commercial settings.
Engineered for demanding environments, the Alu-LaserPlus pipe boasts impressive operational specifications. It can withstand a maximum operating temperature of 70 °C, with a temporary tolerance up to 95 °C. The pipe is also rated for a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar at 20 °C, and 6 bar at its maximum medium temperature.
Beyond its technical prowess, the pipe contributes to sustainable building practices. It is recognized under 'Circular economy' and 'Healthy building' sustainability categories, reflecting its design for resource efficiency and positive impact on indoor environments.
The flexibility of the pipe simplifies installation, allowing for easier handling and routing in complex layouts. Its diffusion-proof nature further ensures the integrity of the system by preventing oxygen ingress, which can lead to corrosion in heating systems.
