The setup of the Navimow and defining the mowing area is done via a smartphone application and can be completed without professional assistance. The Assist Mapping automatic mapping function allows the mower to automatically establish mowing area boundaries and create a map using its various visual sensors. You can also manually control the mower via the smartphone app and modify mowing area boundaries as needed. The charging station includes an RTK transmitter, requiring installation in an open area, at least 2 meters from building walls or other obstacles, and connection to mains power. We service or refund product faults as any retailer as defined by the EU protection against faulty goods. In case you have an issue with the product you ordered from us please contact our Customer Care, we'll take good care of you.
Products sold as almost new or new have a 14 days right of return and a 12 months functionality warranty.
Pre-owned products are clearly indicated with a separate label and have a 14 days right of standard return.

Where are the products you sell coming from?
Our products are in most of the cases quality checked customer returns from our partner retailers and brands. Pre-owned products are clearly labeled and are either serviced products from our partner retailers or quality checked products acquired directly from consumers.
Can I pickup my order somewhere (click and collect)?
We ship the products either from local warehouses or from our central warehouse in Finland and we always try to find the lowest CO2 route to customers. Hence we don't have an option for click and collect.

We determine the condition category based on user feedback and product-specific inspection. When the product is inspected, we may add missing parts or otherwise improve the product as needed.

The product is new and the product package has not been opened before.
A - As New
Product is comparable to a new product, but product package has been opened. No signs of wear or defect. Comes with the original box with all items in the box.
B - Very Good
