The Roborock Qrevo S delivers powerful automated floor care with 7000 Pa HyperForce suction. Designed to capture fine dust, everyday debris, and pet hair, it seamlessly handles both hard floors and carpets by adjusting suction to meet varying surface demands.
Equipped with dual spinning mops operating at 200 rpm, the system applies continuous pressure to effectively scrub away dried spills and stubborn stains. Smart auto-lifting technology raises the mop modules when carpets are detected, enabling simultaneous vacuuming and mopping without wetting rugs.
Navigation is driven by PreciSense LiDAR technology paired with Reactive Tech Obstacle Avoidance. The robot quickly generates detailed 3D multi-level maps to plot optimal cleaning paths, maneuvering smoothly around furniture and everyday obstacles while avoiding stairs and drop-offs.
The included multifunctional docking station handles routine upkeep automatically. It empties the robot's onboard dustbin into a sealed disposable bag, washes the dual spinning mop pads with water, and dries them with warm air to prevent lingering odors and buildup.

Do products have warranty?
We service or refund product faults as any retailer as defined by the EU protection against faulty goods. In case you have an issue with the product you ordered from us please contact our Customer Care, we'll take good care of you.
Products sold as almost new or new have a 14 days right of return and a 12 months functionality warranty.
Pre-owned products are clearly indicated with a separate label and have a 14 days right of standard return.
Some product brands may offer extended warranties as a part of a campaign of a new product launch or as a paid service or otherwise. You will have to check the applicability of these directly from the brand.
Where are the products you sell coming from?
Our products are in most of the cases quality checked customer returns from our partner retailers and brands. Pre-owned products are clearly labeled and are either serviced products from our partner retailers or quality checked products acquired directly from consumers.
Can I pickup my order somewhere (click and collect)?
We ship the products either from local warehouses or from our central warehouse in Finland and we always try to find the lowest CO2 route to customers. Hence we don't have an option for click and collect.

We determine the condition category based on user feedback and product-specific inspection. When the product is inspected, we may add missing parts or otherwise improve the product as needed.

The product is new and the product package has not been opened before.
A - As New
Product is comparable to a new product, but product package has been opened. No signs of wear or defect. Comes with the original box with all items in the box.
B - Very Good
Product is in Very Good condition, has little or no signs of wear but may have been tried by a previous customer. All major items are in the box but there may be some minor damage in the product packaging.
